MIHS Wind Symphony Earns Straight Superior Ratings at District 10 MPA

The Merritt Island High School Wind Symphony proudly earned Straight Superior ratings at the 2026 Florida Bandmasters Association District 10 Music Performance Assessment (MPA).

Under the direction of Kevin Bennett, the ensemble demonstrated outstanding musicianship, technical excellence, and artistic expression while performing a challenging concert program. This prestigious achievement reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our student musicians and directors, continuing the proud tradition of excellence within the Merritt Island High School Band Program.
